At The Ansel Adams Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fine art and home goods. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our guest services team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specific packaging instructions for delicate items.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original archival packaging and shipping box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our gallery location in Yosemite National Park.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
